What we do

A report becomes part of a wider picture

About AISafetyWatch

AISafetyWatch is a global reporting platform for psychological effects of AI technology. It gives people a place to describe what they experienced after an AI exposure or interaction, in their own words and without needing to prove what caused it.

What we do with your report

We review the information you choose to share and look for patterns across reports. A single report may describe one person's experience; together, reports can show where further attention or investigation is needed. We do not provide a diagnosis, emergency response, or individual medical advice.

What research we do

We study reported psychological effects of AI technology through structured online questionnaires and analysis of aggregated patterns. This helps us understand what people are experiencing, identify questions that need closer study, and improve how psychological effects of AI are monitored over time.

How it works

Three steps, in your own words

  1. Describe how you felt

In plain language. Mild or overwhelming, during use or afterwards - if you noticed it, it counts.

  2. Add any context

The tool or platform involved, and roughly when. An approximate name or a general description is fine.

  3. It becomes a signal

Your report is reviewed alongside others to surface patterns that a single experience can't show on its own.

Ready when you are

You don’t need to be certain, and you don’t need to name every app. Start with what you remember.
